Vsevolod Shilovsky was born on June 3, 1938, in Moscow. He graduated from the Moscow Academic and Artistic Theatre (MXAT) School. He then worked at this theatre as an actor and director. He directed the first television series, Day After Day (День за днем) (1972).
He acted in more than 150 films, including The Voice, Speed, Romance of the Font, Interfille, The Life of Klim Samgin, etc.).
