Dimitri is a popular actor, the star of thrillers. The public loves him for his macho character with an impenetrable face. One day Dimitri receives an offer from a wealthy businessman from Siberia, an uncompromising man named Sergei, to play the lead role of an impassive killer in a thriller set in the 1990s. Sergei offers Dimitri's agent a fee ten times higher than usual. They agree.
During filming, Dimitri is accidentally shot with buckshot.
