In Tbilisi a day begins, similar to any other. The hero, a young pharmacist, gets ready. He does his gymnastics, rushes into the trolleybus that takes him to work. He is carefree, smiles at a young girl sitting next to him: a secret sympathy is born between the young people. That same evening, he meets her by chance at the Conservatory: a knowing smile this time. He walks her home after the concert: his imagination is fired. He dreams of the visit he will make to her to declare his love. The next day, he dresses elegantly, buys flowers, rings the young girl's doorbell. Unfortunately, he arrives in the middle of the wedding: the woman of his dream was engaged to another.
