Plot synopsis
The continuation of the story of Moriatchok (the sailor), told in Maxime Pejemski's film Maman, ne sois pas triste, released in 1997. After a fight with a small gang leader, Tourist, everyone is looking for Moriatchok, the police, but also the "killers". Eight years later, in a small town on the coast, an election campaign for the post of mayor begins. Tourist, surrounded by bandits, is one of the candidates, the second is the city prosecutor. The fierce struggle for power begins, even Moscow political scientists and show business stars come to watch. One day Moriatchok arrives in this small town to spend his holidays ...
