This is the sequel to the film Cloud - Paradise (Облако-рай) with the same protagonists. A small town somewhere in Russia. In the past, Kolia left the town and the girl, with whom he was in love, because of a little phrase. After years of travelling, he returns, unaware that much has changed in his absence. For his compatriots, his return is a surprise that provokes emotions and even panic, as he risks changing their daily lives. And just as he did ten years ago, Kolia invents a story...
