Born in 1991. In 2017 completed the directing courses at Free Cinema studio. In 2020 graduated from VGIK (Zoya Kudrya's scriptwriting workshop). In 2022 graduated from VKSR (Khotinenko, Finn and Fenchenko’s directing workshop). Has been in film production since 2017. Has had international project experience – in 2024 she shot "Labyrinths" in cooperation with Bollywood studios, India. Among the documentaries Olesya made as screenwriter and director there are "Labyrinths" (2025), "Odd one out" (2024), "Over rocks" (2020), "I don't know the letter "two" (2020). Winner of the CANNES SHORTS award for her film "I Don't Know the Letter "two" in the category of Best Short Documentary, winner of the 23rd Tagore International Film Festival (India) and numerous Russian film festivals.
