Daughter of actor Bruno Freindlikh.
In 1957, she graduated from the Alexander Ostrovsky Theater Institute in Leningrad. Since then, her entire theater career has been linked to the city of Leningrad.
From 1957 to 1961, she was an actress at the V. Komissarzhevskaya Drama Theater.
From 1961 to 1983, she played at the Academic Theater of Lensoviet.
From 1983, she was part of the troupe of the BDT (Big Drama Theater) Gorky. In 1992, this theater was renamed in honor of the director of this place BDT Tovstonogov.
