This is an ironic story about the life of a meteorologist who knows Shakespeare, is convinced that human emotions have a decisive influence on the weather and wants the happiness of humanity. Vika, a young journalist who came from the capital for an internship, has more individualistic views on happiness! One day Perushkin, the meteorologist, is knocked down by a motorcycle. Then, starving and deceived by Moldovan thugs, he finds himself in a sausage factory. The boss, a former convict determined to respect the law, hands Perushkin over to justice. He risks prison and confiscation of his property, but the young journalist who is in love with Perushkin because of his originality comes to the rescue of her hero.
