The film tells about everyday life in Mongolia in a period of social and political changes. By observing some heroes and the circumstances of their lives the film tries to capture the moment when the old world and the new meet. The moment when the centuries-old tradition of the great Mongolia is pushed aside by today's unstable culture with its dreams, fears and desires alien to traditional culture.
