Born on March 28,1972 in Klaipeda (Lithuania).
Studied at the architectural department of the Riga Polytechnic University (1989-1992), at the Moscow Institute of Culture (2000-2001).
Debuted in cinema in 2003 as a director with the movie "Don't you Even Think!"
