Biography
Rodion Chepel was born in 1984 in Leningrad. Russian journalist and reporter. Known as one of the creators of the doc series «This is a real story» (2018). Graduated from department of foreign affairs of the Saint-Petersburg State University in 2006. Author and producer of the «Amur Waves» company.
