Biography
Russian director, screenwriter, producer. Born May 12, 1976 in Kurgan (town in western Siberia located on the Tobol river and close to Kazakhstan). Graduated cum laudae in 1998 from the State University of Kurgan. In 2000, created with a group of enthusiastic young people the video studio "Most" (Le Pont). This studio is further developed and forms the basis of the first private television channel "Region-45" which is then transformed to form the most important holding company in the Ural region. He worked there for two years as video editor, then program producer, technical director. In 2003, he became general manager of the chain and then of the entire holding company. In 2005, he moved to Moscow to devote himself to the cinema. He was first director of the second team on "The Track Guard" (2007) by Igor Chavlak and "A guy from Mars" (2010) by Sergei Ossipian. He also collaborates in series for the company "Amédia". In 2006, he made his first feature film "We stop surviving" for video. In 2007, he directed "Mal Juvénile". He is also one of the directors on the series "Missing" (2013-2016). In 2008-2009, he studied at Guerman Sidakov's School of Drama, section "Theater and cinema director". From 2010, he teaches in this same school. At the same time, he launched into production with, for example "Inadequate People" (2009) by Roman Karimov, awarded five times in various film festivals, including the Festival Grand Prix "A Window on Europe" in 2010. He co-produced "Mountain fires" with the American Thomas Dann.
