Plot synopsis

Jubilee cultural film about the achievements of Soviet power in From year to year, a simple Pskov farmer, François Tulikunkiko, tries to find his original way to success in a Russian village and find an answer to the question: "What prevents us from living better?". This is an ironic story of a rural dreamer and a true patriot about the struggle with the difficulties of everyday life, great ideas and plans, "success" that comes where it is not expected.
