Plot synopsis
This film is a sequel to the two previous ones (Seven Years. Born in the USSR, 1991 and Fourteen Years. Born in the USSR), 1998. In these films he filmed people born in 1984 in different republics of the USSR, at the ages of 7, 14 and 21 respectively. He followed these people to the countries where they were at the time of filming.
