Earth is a beautiful blue planet, humanity’s home. But one day
she notices with some trepidation that people are increasingly turning their gaze towards the stars and
dreaming of new, unexplored worlds. ‘Perhaps they want to move
to Mars? ’ thinks Earth. ‘They’re building rockets and spaceships. Could it be that
they’ll soon fly away and forget all about me?’ At the very same time, a threat is brewing
in the Solar System: envious asteroids are hatching a cunning plan that could
prove dangerous to all life on Earth. And then, from the depths of space, an
unusual traveller appears – an interstellar comet. Behind her lie thousands of light-years
of travel and hundreds of worlds she has seen: she is exploring the Universe in search of the most
amazing planet. The devious asteroids decide to take advantage of her
journey and, through deception, steer the Comet towards Earth. If it flies
too close, a collision will be inevitable – and then the blue planet and
all its inhabitants will be in danger.
