The film tells the story of heroes from ancient Greek mythology—the Argonaut Jason and his beloved Medea.
Jason promised Medea that he would create a blooming garden at her feet. To do this, he needed to drain the swamps and destroy the malaria-carrying mosquitoes and the army of frogs that inhabited the wetlands. Jason overcame all difficulties and presented Medea with the Golden Fleece. Underneath the fleece, she found a citrus fruit, whose seeds would grow into fruit trees in the future.
