The Dobriaki (‘The Brave Guys’) football club has been at the bottom of the Saint Petersburg league for several seasons, but its members are not the least bit concerned. After all, it is a unique team where children from orphanages find a family. Generations follow one another within the club: former hooligans and marginalised individuals become mentors who, through their own experience, prove that the team is their family, encouraging them to develop in a positive way.
