Plot synopsis
A film about the personal achievement of Russian émigré Alla Dumesnil (born Alla Nikolaevna Bassina) (1913-1990), a heroine of the Resistance and the highest-ranking French soldier of World War II. How she managed to secure training for female pilots in the Free French army, inspired by the example of selflessness shown by Soviet female aviators.
