Major's best friend, Vanya Solovyov, dreams of a lavish wedding with Vera, but believes he must earn the necessary funds himself. He travels to Dubai to venture into cryptocurrency. Far from getting rich quick, Vanya finds himself involved in an international criminal enterprise and is forced to hide in Dubai's poorest neighbourhood. Sokolovsky comes to his friend's rescue but finds himself confronted by crime lords and their thugs.
