The episode begins with Mrs. May wanting to make pancakes, but can't find flour, which is why Charlie, Anne and Boo are going to the store. When they are already on a long scooter, Anne and Boo notice that there is no bell on the scooter. Charlie tries in every possible way to find it nearby, but all is unsuccessful, which is why Anne decides to take a new bell from her magic album and takes out a rubber duck.
While they are riding on the mountain, Anne tells Percy and Lily that they are going to get flour for pancakes. After which they slide down the slope and their pet Pea chases after them, catching up with them. On the road, they meet the mayor and says that they can't drive so fast, and after that, Mr. Charlie realizes that the speed at which they are going is too great. Anne, in order to somehow fix the situation, gets an umbrella from the magic album, which Pea grabbed. So they drive all the way to the store, where the speed has already begun to decrease.
The family drives up to consultant Pete, who is near the flour department and asks about its location, he puts flour in their shopping cart. Charlie goes to the checkout, where the same consultant is standing and scans Grandma Pepper's goods, from waiting, Anne and Boo began to sing along and dance to the rhythm of Mr. Charlie's stomping, they are interrupted by that grandmother and drives away in a shopping cart.
While scanning flour, Charlie realizes that he forgot his wallet at home, Anne offers the sales consultant an exchange, he agrees and Anne gives Mr. Charlie's helmet, the latter was unhappy with this exchange, and to somehow console her father, Anne takes out a hat for the party from an album. Near the store, they meet Uncle Cloudy and Aunt Cloudy. Charlie decides to trade with Clowdy, which leaves him without a long scooter, but with a new hat and Clowdy's short scooter. Suddenly, Mr. Charlie notices that their recently purchased flour is missing. Boo trades it for a cherry. As a result, they arrive home with a new helmet, a short scooter, and a cherry. After talking with Mrs. May, guests knock on their door for a pancake party that the whole town knows about.
