In the pre-New Year bustle, the married couple Koshkin breaks into the neighboring house of the Morozovs, intending to rob them. But at home there are children punished for a quarrel, who need not only to make peace, but also to confront the robbers, find the missing money and still celebrate the New Year with their family.
