Piotr Lovelace arrives at a housewarming party at a new house with his parents, where he meets Polina and falls in love with her. The girl is not affected by the young man's tricks, which he always used with others. Piotr is perplexed and uses all possible means to achieve his goal. Everything is complicated by the sudden arrival of a strange guy, who claims to have come to his aunt's house and this house of their family. When some good-natured tenants let him in to find out what's going on, he tells them that there's an old treasure in the wall of the house.
