Olga Shulgina-Moskalenko was born on August 12, 1980 in Tiraspol, Moldavian SSR. She grew up in Zaporozhye. In 2002, she entered the Kiev Institute of Theater, Cinema and TV, the film department, specializing in "Film Directing". In 2010, she defended her diploma with the short film "Save and Preserve". Since 2014 he has been living and working in Russia.
