Arkady Zverev is a serial killer. He has a list of crimes committed in several major Russian cities. He was arrested after he ate a man with a 12-year-old boy. Shortly after, Zverev committed suicide and the official investigation was closed. The families demand that the procedure be continued, but a dwarf, passionate about criminal cases, fell in love with Zverev's character and tries to prove his innocence.
