Plot synopsis
A family lives in a picturesque house. The husband is unemployed and drinks, drying bottles on sticks in the yard. The wife is a seamstress, working by the sweat of her brow. One day, the husband once again steals money from his wife, received for an order. And leaves the house to go and drink with friends. The wife notices this, and rushes in pursuit. She catches up with him at an art exhibition, where the husband accidentally ran in hiding from her. Suddenly it turns out that the best picture of the exhibition is their house, painted by an artist passing by.
