Soviet Belarusian writer, journalist.
He graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of the Belarusian State University named after V.I. Lenin and began working in the youth editorial office of the Belarusian Radio. Subsequently he taught at the Department of Radio Broadcasting and Television at this university.
He published his first story in 1961.
