Having overcome their confrontation with the cunning villain Marron, the heroes discover a magical pond where Little Pea meets Mogette, who has taken the form of a wood nymph. She shows him the way to another magnificent world, free from pain and anguish. Having made his choice, Little Pea departs, leaving Acorn all alone. Having lost his friend, Acorn finds within himself the courage to continue his journey. It is a story of friendship, loss, and inner growth.
