An attempt to promote the slogan "Long live the demonstration of everyday life!", put forward by Alexei Gan, the leader of the film constructivists of the early 1920s.
In accordance with the author's aim to show "life unawares," the script, direction, and actors were rejected. The life of the Young Pioneers was chosen as the material for an experimental propaganda film. A. Gan's wife, documentary filmmaker Esther Shub, was the editor on this film.
The film has not survived.
