Svetlana Bobrova was born in 1965 in the city of Uralsk (Kazakh SSR). She graduated from the philological faculty of Ural State University. She works at the Snega Film Company as an editor, scriptwriter, and director. Member of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
