18-year-old Anton vitally needs an expensive and rare medicine, but due to bureaucratic obstacles he has lost access to it. Anton's older brother, the hooligan Mikha, finds an unexpected solution - with the help of his friends, he creates an underground laboratory to independently manufacture the medicine.
