Jef, a writer and artist living in Siberia, has no way of fitting into the digital life of the modern show industry, where everything is tied to money. Dreaming of making a film based on the book he wrote in his youth "12 Floors Later", he shares snippets of his work with everyone who is ready to listen to him, and because of this he finds himself in ridiculous situations. Wandering between worlds like the floors of a high-rise building, he searches for a way out. Evgeny Tkachuk, Ilya Del and Oleg Garkusha, stars of Russian cinema and music, try to help Jeff. Tkachuk and Del in search of a producer and money struggle to promote the author's idea. Osman Delibash empathises with Jeff and is genuinely happy to be in a non-existent film. One way or another, Jef makes you think about the deep soul needs of everyone involved in the events - both stars and the most ordinary people.
