Plot synopsis
Pyotr Pospelov filmed his dacha in Saltykovka. With him other filmmaker friends living in the same dacha. The dacha is a myth known to many people but not defined to the end (terminology of Boris Yukhanov, participant of the film and ideologist of parallel cinema). Something else: Yukhanov's voice-over which tells the legend of the appearance of Saltykovka, its founder Sobelman and the successive inhabitants. Sometimes an archive emerges that fits perfectly into Saltykova's epic and raises doubts about its authenticity.
