The sitcom series is devoted to the work of young inexperienced interns who constantly find themselves in comical and absurd situations. Their director, the head of the general medical department Andrei Bykov, constantly makes fun of them. His friend, the head of the dermatology department Ivan Kupitman and the head nurse Lyubov Scriabina help Bykov and observe the adventures of the interns.
