Plot synopsis
Leonid Leonov is a classic author of Soviet literature of the "grand style". Zakhar Prilepin is one of the brightest young writers of the new Russia, a political activist and a TV presenter. Having worked for many years on the biography and work of Leonov, he talks about the pivotal moments of his life, tries to present all the facets of this mysterious personality and to answer the question: why in recent years are the ideas of Leonid Leonov so relevant and why the writer himself is called a visionary, even a prophet?
