Plot synopsis
First film in a trilogy about childhood. A young boy and his friend play at pushing a young girl on her swing. These are the happiest moments of their daily lives, moments bathed in bucolic harmony. However, when a young sailor arrives in their village returning from his military service, it is he who will now push her on her swing and take her far away.
