Behind the bars of a prison, a young man shouts "Is there anyone?" A young girl approaches... She tells him that a gang from the neighboring town wants to kill him because he raped a woman. The young man talks about his loneliness, the young girl about hers and they feel closer. The young man sends the girl to get a gun, but as she leaves, the armed husband of the woman he supposedly raped approaches. The young man explained what had really happened. It was the woman herself who had provoked him by asking her for money and he had refused. The husband believed him, but for fear of his friends' reaction, he killed the young man.
