At the wedding of Moriatchok (the sailor) a conflict with "Tourist", the leader of the gangsters, results in a fight. Moriatchok does not know who "Tourist" is and he hits him with his sailor's belt. Released from the hospital, Tourist prepares revenge. He must find Moriatchok by any means necessary. He hires bandits and the police to pursue him.
