Larissa, 70, and Oleg, 65, are two lonely members of the "Theater of Honor," an amateur troupe for senior citizens, where no one takes them seriously. Larissa is never given roles and is ridiculed, while Oleg also goes unnoticed by those around him. At some point, they notice each other and a romantic relationship develops between them, which could well be their last chance to escape loneliness and feel useful.
