Zlata dreams of going to the school prom, so she tricks her parents into leaving her home alone during the holidays. The girl has inherited her quick wits from her inventor father, who entrusts an experimental robot with artificial intelligence to look after his daughter. The robot keeps track of her schedule, forbids her from eating sweets, and monitors her every move. Together with her friend Nikita, Zlata hatches a plan to regain her freedom, but the situation spirals out of control.
