The film takes place during the Civil War. Tolya Dergach, having lost his parents, falls under the influence of bandits searching for treasure hidden in the ruins of the estate.
The boy, of course, will figure out who his new friends are—and, together with his old friends, will help the Chekists neutralize the criminals.
