A film about the outstanding Russian architect Andrei Sumatokhin, one of the few who works in the style of postconstructivism. He also developed a philosophical system that he called "near-sightedness." In it, Sumatokhin rethinks the very concepts of "home," material and spiritual, reflects on the construction of his "near space," which helps a person not to lose himself in the frantic pace of modern life.
