A creative team of young people comes to the Soviet porcelain factory in the small town of Sysert, who, by creating a creative laboratory at the factory, tries to revive its fading production and update the factory's products. But the team has a conflict with the factory workers, which leads to unexpected consequences. The project is suspended, the factory changes its owner, and a former member of the creative team becomes the new director. Will it be possible to revive the production?
