She is studying to become a director and has lived in Moscow for a long time. She has a three-year-old son and a completely sedentary life. She decides to make a documentary about him. He comes to the Urals, to their small town - with a camera and equipment. He is in rehab, looks in bad shape, but hasn't used it in several months. It seems he has the last chance for a normal life - without her, but at least in sobriety - which rests solely on the fact that she will one day return to him.
