This film is dedicated to the festival of theatre workshops, present in several cities of Russia, which is organized by the actor and director Konstantin Khabensky, also a public figure. Konstantin Khabensky acts here as artistic director and producer of this initiative. The characteristics of this project are the complete freedom of expression given to children as well as improvisation which replaces the traditional staging of plays from the repertoire. In a workshop, everyone has the right to reflect and protest; thus the children heal their psychological wounds, approach the adult world and suddenly, on stage, fantastic shows are born. Every year, young talents gather in one of the cities for the festival "Operenie" (Plumage) where the actor works with them. The children tell everything he taught them and create without hindrance.
