Born in 1976 in Leningrad.
Graduated from the St. Petersburg State University of Cinema and TV as director of animation and computer graphics (2009, workshop of V.Efimov).
At present works in St. Petersburg at the "Melnitsa" studio. "Khomba" is his directorial debut (2009).
