with the movie «To the End of the World»
(1975, dir. Rodion Nakhapetov); acted in
more than 50 movies. Acted on stage. Was
named the best actress of 1986 by the
magazine «Sovetsky Ekran» («To Marry
a Captain»). Merited Worker of Arts of
Russia (1996). She debuted as a director
with the movie «Broken Light». «Ferris
Wheel» is her third directorial work.
She was married to Kirill Shubsky and Rodion Nahapetov.
She died on August 16, 2017 in Baden-Baden, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
