Biography
Born in 1964 in Siauliai, Lithuania, USSR.
He studied directing at the Film Institute VGIK (1991, workshop of V. Lisakovich and I. Kvirikadze).
In 1989 he founded the first independent film studio “Kinema” in Vilnius.
In 1990 debuted as film director.
