Plot synopsis
Drama based on Boris Lavreniov's story of the same title.
The time of red terror. The Bolsheviks call up imperial dignitaries, generals, and members of the State Duma; they arrest and shoot them. One of them is the former professor of the military academy Evgeny Adamov, who survives by sheer luck. He agrees to cooperate with the new authorities.
