The film is dedicated to the discussion about Russia
that unfolded on samizdat’s pages between two titans
of dissidence, leaders of the opposition Alexander
Solzhenitsyn and Andrei Sakharov. At the beginning
of the 70-s Solzhenitsyn wrote a letter to the USSR
leaders in which he stated his vision about Russia and
its future, its ways, its problems. But the reply was
received from Sakharov.
