Plot synopsis
Wallenberg is a Swedish diplomat who worked in Budapest during the Second World War and saved tens of thousands of Hungarian Jews. When Soviet troops entered the Hungarian capital, Wallenberg was arrested by Soviet counterintelligence. He was transported to Moscow, and then his traces are lost. According to the official version, he died in a Soviet prison in July 1947. In 2016, Sweden officially recognized Wallenberg as dead. But around the last period of his life in prison in the USSR and the circumstances of death, a secret continues to be hung.
